25. september, 2017

Leading European energy recovery specialist, Geminor, exhibited at this year’s RWM exhibition. The event, which took place at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham between 12-14 September 2017, introduced more than 11,000 delegates to the waste management industry’s latest products, technologies and trends.

Members of the Geminor team exhibited on stand 4G92, discussing the future of the secondary fuels market with both private and local authority waste management professionals. Alongside promoting the benefits of resource recovery, the team explained how Geminor can support waste producers and processors to save time, money and improve sustainability credentials.

Chief Operating Officer of Geminor, Ralf Schopwinkel, sat on the experts panel in the Energy From Waste Theatre, and delivered his opinion on the current and future state of the market.

James Maiden, UK Country Manager at Geminor, commented: “With local authorities under increasing pressure to drive down costs and improve efficiencies, reviewing waste management processes can be a method of realising significant financial savings.

“At Geminor, we work in partnership with some of the world’s leading logistics providers, councils and recovery plants, supplying waste products to more than 70 energy recovery facilities across Europe. Exhibiting at RWM provided an excellent platform to discuss how embracing resource recovery and driving efficiencies, such as return load logistics, allows for a highly cost-effective waste management solution.”
